"A safe workplace cannot be taken for granted Not even for executives and senior management
Confidential counselor
Executives and managers are expected to create a (psycho)socially safe workplace. But what if you yourself are confronted with inappropriate behavior? Who can you confide in to share your story? With whom can you discuss the possible courses of action and their consequences?
The internal confidential counselor is usually not an option for someone at your level. The external confidential counselor, who is also available to your employees, is likely not someone you’d want to approach either. Keeping it to yourself is not advisable for your (mental) health. So, what can you do?
Get in touch with Annejet. Not only has she been an executive coach for many years, specializing in ethical leadership, but she is also a trained and accredited confidential counselor. Often, just one or two meetings are enough to gain clarity on how to best handle the situation.
