Bureau JETTING has always taken your privacy seriously. As of May 25, 2018, we therefore process and secure your personal data in accordance with the Wet Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

You decide
Your personal data is and remains yours. This includes any data you share with Bureau JETTING for any reason. This means you can always request to view, change, delete, or transfer your data. Send your request to info@jetting.nl and it will be processed as quickly as possible, within 30 days at the latest.

Under no circumstances will we store more personal data than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
What does bureau JETTING do with your personal data?
Only personal data for which there is a legal basis as defined in the GDPR will be processed. This is usually the performance of a contract. For example, if you participate in a coaching or team program, participate in a training course, request a brochure/white paper, or wish to receive the e-JET.
Sharing with others
bureau JETTING never sells your data to third parties and will only share personal data if necessary for the execution of an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation.
Retention period
Assessment reports, interview minutes, etc., are retained for 5 years and then permanently deleted. Usual name and address details are retained indefinitely until you indicate that they should be deleted.
Who is responsible for your data?
As soon as you share your data with us, we are responsible for it as the processor, and your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. A data processing agreement has been concluded with providers of products you use, such as TTI Success Insights assessments. This clarifies who is responsible for what.
