When those three are in order, you get inspired employees.<\/li>\n<li class=\"e-91000-text encore-text-body-medium encore-internal-color-text-subdued NkqV_wLPrQQM_fE3Lurr\" data-encore-id=\"text\">That it is clear what to expect from each other: what are the roles, responsibilities, authority?<\/li>\n<li class=\"e-91000-text encore-text-body-medium encore-internal-color-text-subdued NkqV_wLPrQQM_fE3Lurr\" data-encore-id=\"text\">That there is trust. &#8220;Confidence comes to good and goes viral.&#8221; If you don&#8217;t do well as an employer, you will be roasted online.
