In 2006, I founded JETTING, and Leadership is my theme. I see and hear daily that leadership in the boardroom is under pressure. The dynamic world around us, the call for psychological safety, five generations in the workplace, the rise of AI\u2014all of this demands a new way of leading. Ethical issues are more prevalent in the boardroom than ever before. The bar is set high, and leaders can make the difference between a high-performing team and a low-performing one.<\/p>

At its core, leadership isn\u2019t about others, but about knowing yourself well and understanding how you relate to others. What kind of leader are you? What effect do you have on others? What are your blind spots? How have you managed dissent? How do you achieve your results? Why do you do what you do?<\/p>

As a Board Advisor Leadership, I operate at the intersection of executive coaching, mediator, and registered confidential counselor. I provide senior management with insight into the impact of different personality facets on the environment. I encourage individuals and teams to slow down and reflect on themselves and their actions. This is often uncomfortable, but essential for effective decision-making. As a leader, make sure that the changes in leadership\u2014the reality\u2014don\u2019t overtake you!<\/p>

Many have described my approach as \u201ctough on the content; gentle on the human relationship,\u201d and that\u2019s true. I quickly get to the heart of the matter, don\u2019t beat around the bush, and respectfully hold up a mirror to you. I work with the very best assessment tools that accelerate and deepen processes where necessary.<\/p>

Further I speak and write about things that are close to my heart, like leadership, psychological safety in the workplace and perception thinking.<\/p>

My approach, in everything I do, is simple yet profound. Empathetic and effective. Connecting and a bit adventurous.<\/strong><\/p>

View on Perception<\/i><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Driving the Great Ocean Road in Australia, you pass the 1848 lighthouse ‘Cape Otway’. Where two strong currents meet, with the coast in sight, many a ship wrecked. For years, the reliable light was ‘the beacon of hope’ for helmsmen.<\/p>\n

When I took this picture feeling the sea breeze in my face, I saw the resemblance to JETTING.<\/p>\n

She reliably illuminates blind spots. She gives the helmsmen in organisations insight into perception, their actions and the effect on their environment. She helps leaders make effective choices and steer the right course in turbulent times. <\/p>\n
